Visualizing core values in sustainable tourism
Tiger Tops has demonstrated a commitment to sustainable travel and responsible tourism since its establishment in 1964. Tiger Tops has created its own program for nature conservation, education, health and welfare.
This Design Tool was invited to Nepal to hold two workshops on two different jungle lodges.
The strategy of Tiger Tops is a more co-creative approach by ensuring that lodge staff know and understand the Vision and Values of the company and use them daily when interacting with all stakeholders. When designing the workshop, we took in consideration that a majority of staff is illiterate, and we designed a set of visual tools and posters that helped staff clarifying core values and passing on knowledge to other stakeholders in a visual and engaging way.
