The Bardia Green Project is a collaborative environmental effort between Yeti Airlines, Tiger Tops Karnali Lodge andBrindapuri Community Forest. The aim is to establish sustainable tree plantations as a carbon philanthropy project.Yeti Airlines makes a donation of Rs. 20 for every passenger flying the Kathmandu-Nepalgunj route. Tiger Tops and other partners arrange community support, logistics and mobilisation for re-forestation and forest enhancement.

On 28th July 2012, 12 000 new
saplings of Teak, Indian Gooseberry, Cane/Ratan,Margosa Tree, Indian Black Berry, Chinese Berry, and Bambooat
were planted at Brindapuri Buffer Zone Community
Forest and Chitkaiya Community
Forest, ThakurdwaraBardia. 200 locals. The Bardia Green Project isthe first such an initiative taken by an airline in Nepal. Tiger Tops is proud to be facilitating such a valuable and successful program.
